It could be return back to you or hold while In Transit or on the way. in case any shipment get damage or lost. so refund/replace will be process after check by issue. many times it will be Refundable or not also. First you have to confirm with receiver party for receive the shipment. otherwise return charges also could be charge by you or shipment could be hold by delivery company. Thanks
