You need to try your best for the shipment packing to make your product safe. We request you that please always share actual weight Or details of product after packing complete. it also about the dimension and product condition shared by you and you must have to share dimension and product images if do not. It could be return back to you or hold while In Transit or on the way. in case any shipment get damage or lost. So refund/replace will be process after check by issue. many times it will be Refundable or not also. First you have to confirm with your receiver Person for receive the shipment on priority otherwise return charges also could be chargeable on the shipment or shipment could be hold by delivery company.
